Since PalmaVela’s first edition in 2004, the regatta has quickly become established seeing competitors congregate from all over the world at one of the most prestigious European yacht clubs. The 2011 edition is due to see over 180 entrants, representing in excess of 15 countries, reinforcing itself as a spectacular opening to the Mediterranean season. The Swan Maxi Class entrants, competing under IRC ratings, will enjoy exhilarating racing in the waters of Palma in the Mini Maxi and Maxi classes.
